UBS is a Swiss investment bank and financial services company with co-headquarters in Basel and Zürich. Founded in 1998 through the merger of Union Bank of Switzerland and Swiss Bank Corporation, it holds the title of the country’s largest banking institution, as well as the world’s largest private bank.
