About SPDR S&P Homebuilders ETF

The SPDR S&P Homebuilders ETF (XHB) is a passively managed exchange-traded fund that provides exposure to 35 companies listed on a US-based index tracking the homebuilding industry. This includes companies involved in building products, home furnishings, home improvement retail, home furnishing retail, and household appliances. The modified equal-weighted index tracks small, mid and large-cap stocks. The fund was created in 2006 and has net assets of $2.18bn, as well as an expense ratio of 0.35%. Top-weighted holdings of XHB include Builders FirstSource, Lowe’s Companies, Home Depot, Lennar Corporation, D.R. Horton, and Whirlpool Corporation.
