About Marathon Digital Holdings Inc

Marathon Digital Holdings (formerly known as Marathon Patent Group) is an American patent holding company with headquarters in Las Vegas. It describes itself as a digital asset technology company that is involved in cryptocurrency mining and the blockchain ecosystem. Marathon Digital Holdings owns over 100,000 bitcoin miners that are co-hosted at separate facilities across the US. In March 2021, the company changed its name to Marathon Digital Holdings as part of a decision to rebrand its corporate strategy and capability.
