About iShares Global Financials ETF

The iShares Global Financials ETF (IXG) is a passively managed exchange-traded fund that tracks an index composed of global equities within the financials sector. It gives exposure to companies that provides financial services to both commercial and retail customers, including investment funds, banks, and insurance companies. This is primarily within the US but also the UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, and Switzerland. IXG was created in 2001 and has net assets of $3.06bn, with an expense ratio of 0.43%.
