The ARK Fintech Innovation ETF (ARKF) is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks long-term growth of capital through investing in companies that are relevant to the fund’s theme of financial technology or “fintech” innovation. This is defined as the introduction of new products or services that changes the way the financial sector works, and can include transaction innovations, blockchain technology, risk transformation, frictionless funding platforms, customer facing platforms, or new intermediaries.
